📑 TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE – ARTSYSNAP

Welcome to ArtsySnap, a professional photography company with over 16 years of experience, based in Northern Malaysia. We provide photography services for various events including weddings, engagements, family sessions, corporate events, product shoots, and more.

By making a booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Company Background

ArtsySnap has been operating since 2010, with a team of trained and experienced photographers.

The company reserves the right to assign any photographer under the management of ArtsySnap to carry out assignments, depending on requirements and availability.

2. Payment Structure

We offer installment payment options as follows:

30% – Booking Fee (Deposit)
➤ Payable at the time of booking.
➤ The deposit is non-refundable if the customer cancels.

50% – Second Payment
➤ Payable at least 7 days before the event date.

20% – Final Payment
➤ Payable when album printing process begins.

⚠️ Failure to make full payment according to the schedule may result in service being postponed or canceled without refund of the deposit.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation by Customer:
➤ 30% deposit is forfeited and will not be refunded.
➤ If cancellation occurs after the second payment (50%) has been made, this payment will also be non-refundable.

Rescheduling:
➤ Allowed only once.
➤ Request must be made at least 14 days before the original date.
➤ Subject to photographer availability and new date confirmation.

4. Copyright & Image Usage

All photographs are the intellectual property of ArtsySnap.

Customers are granted the right to use images for personal purposes only.

Any commercial or promotional use requires written permission from ArtsySnap.

5. Service Quality & Liability

We are committed to delivering the best possible work; however, in unforeseen situations such as data loss, equipment damage, or natural disasters, maximum compensation is limited to the total amount paid, without additional claims.

File Delivery & Claim Period:
➤ We are not responsible for lost image files if not claimed within 6 months from the event date.
➤ Customers are encouraged to make backup copies as soon as the images are delivered.

6. Appearance & Ethics

Photographers will attend events in a neat, disciplined, and professional manner.

Customers are requested to provide cooperation and a conducive working environment to ensure the best results.

7. Governing Law

All service arrangements are subject to Malaysian law.

Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion.

8. Booking Confirmation

By making a deposit payment, customers are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all the Terms & Conditions above.
